Tri-Valley REACH provides truly affordable shared housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), promoting independence and a sense of well-being.

For decades, Tri-Valley REACH has created inclusive opportunities that empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to build daily living skills, develop meaningful friendships, and feel truly at home within their community. Our shared homes are located in welcoming neighborhoods—not behind gates or isolated campuses—giving residents the opportunity to experience everyday life while learning the routines and skills that support greater independence.
Each resident enjoys the privacy of their own bedroom within a shared home, creating a balance of personal space and community. With rent based on income and designed to remain affordable for individuals with extremely low incomes, residents can focus less on financial barriers and more on building confidence, strengthening relationships, and creating the life they choose.

Why we exist
We Don't See Disabilities.
We See Neighbors.
Our residents do their own grocery shopping, their own laundry, and everything else that comes with Independent Living. We keep housing genuinely affordable and inclusive, so they can stay close to the people and places they've always known.
